MERCURY/13 was about to embark on a total rebrand of the newly acquired F.C. COMO WOMEN, and asked us to suggest branding agencies that could usher in a new era for the club – weaving its regional identity with global appeal to connect with new followers as well as loyal supporters.
Brand Identity
We made introductions to a shortlist of hugely accomplished agencies that understood fashion, art and culture first and foremost, but who could also relate to sport and its design history, and understand what football fans crave.
MERCURY/13 chose COMMUNION, who delivered a new crest, colours, brand guidelines and brand architecture – all designed to signal the club’s rebirth, speak to the fanbase, and set F.C. COMO WOMEN up for future growth.
