CARESCOUT was looking for an agency to carry out some pivotal brand architecture and positioning work, and asked us to recommend teams that could deliver a brand refresh bringing together the various parts of their business.

Having met with our shortlist, CARESCOUT chose COMPANY POLICY – who overhauled their positioning, messaging and identity, rooting it in real-life stories of the people CARESCOUT supports and emphasising their human-centred approach.
