Vision care provider EYEBOT came to us with a complex branding ask: help us find an agency that can rethink our website and identity, and ensure it speaks clearly and persuasively to our multiple audiences. More specifically, EYEBOT were looking for small, process-oriented agencies that could flex their skills across B2B and B2C.

We introduced EYEBOT to a shortlist of agencies that had experience working closely with senior leadership, and would understand how to build trust with both a retail and consumer audience. We also made sure we were connecting EYEBOT with teams that we knew would work super collaboratively throughout the project.

EYEBOT went ahead with MILKSHAKE, who delivered a new website, new brand strategy, and new visual and verbal identity, designed to get both eye-care providers and the people they serve comfortable with EYEBOT’s 90-second vision-testing kiosks. More than that, the branding is designed to scale as the business continues to grow and evolve.
